- RETURN POLICY
There are no ways to return an item for refund. Item can be exchanged subject to exchange policy.
- EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanging an item is easy. Item can be exchanged for sizing or against manufacturing defects. Please note that items exchanged must be received within 2 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached.
We are unable to provide exchanges under following circumstances:
- All purchases made on offers and discounts are non exchangeable.
- All customized orders are non exchangeable.
- Exchange are not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market.
- Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.
- Products that are purchased from outside India.
- Undergarments, accessories, shorts and flip flops.
- Products bought from our partner stores and websites.
- For exchange against sizing issues, the cost of reverse shipment i.e. ₹300 will be borne by Customer.
- Threadnbutton.com reserves the right to deny exchange if the item does not meet its Exchange Policy guidelines.
- EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
You can raise a Exchange Request for your item by following the steps below:
- Send email at email@example.com requesting exchange for said shipment. Please do mention the order number along with reason for exchange. We will send you warehouse address for reverse shipment.
- Securely pack your return items the original packaging, making sure any old packing labels are removed or covered and the package is sealed. Hand over the parcel to your shipping partner. We suggest that you ship your exchange product with reliable courier partner.
- As soon as we receive your product, we will proceed with the exchange check and validation. Once the exchange has been approved, we will notify you by email and your replacement will be shipped within 7-12 working days. If you exchange is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will be in touch.
- ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a exchange on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To exchange an item, please follow the Exchange Instructions. Once the item is received we will assess and validate. If approved, we will exchange the product.
